Provide Remedial Maintenance during the Contracted Period of Maintenance when notified that equipment is inoperative. We will respond to breakdown service call within 4 hours, during the normal working hours.
Provide quarterly preventive maintenance during the Principal Period of Maintenance at times agreeable to both parties.

2) Anti Virus Protection.
3) Windows Updates.
4) Firmware Updates on Servers, PC.
5) Smart Start Updated of Server.
6) Hardware Upgrade on Servers, PCs.
7) Telephonic support to users. (Up to basic level).
